The idea for Cruice first began whilst Aidan, the founder, was procrastinating at university. Messing around with different flavours and ingredients ignited a passion for naturally sweetened soft drinks. Researching the soft drinks market he found that whilst the Scottish craft soda options were good – they could be so much better. Cruice was truly born the day of our first market in Shawlands. This was also the day we recieved our first ever customer review:
“Oh shit, that tastes like summer”

Dorky French started with a French woman missing the quality and freshness of pastries in her home country. Marlène, founder and Pastry Chef, made it her mission to create a vegan version of these products and to make them available for the people of Glasgow and its surroundings.
Why their products are unique:
They use traditional French flours and premium ingredients to match the authentic taste of a French croissant.
The pastries are always freshly made daily!
Their butter is organic and contains no palm oil.
Belgium chocolate for your Pains au Chocolat…
Homemade frangipane for delicious almond pastries...
German fine, handmade vegan ‘ham’ in the Not Ham and Cheeze Croissants
You know, the good stuff.
