Ciara is a registered pediatric nurse with the NHS. Her Pilates journey began as a solution to her reduced core strength, poor posture, and lower back pain. She quickly fell in love with the transformative power of Pilates and soon experienced its numerous physical and mental benefits. Pilates with Ciara offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all abilities, encouraging everyone to move their bodies and discover the many joys of Pilates. Serenity Movement Vinyasa Yoga with Lauren Hardie | 6 - 6:45pm
Lauren is a nurse and Yoga teacher. She trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga in Goa, India, with an interest to use these practises to rebalance and empower herself and others. Since her initial training she has expanded her expertise to breath work and sound healing.
As a survivor and advocate for domestic abuse (DA), Lauren’s class is designed to hold space for women and non-binary individuals affected by DA. She aims to share the practices that helped her rediscover strength, self-love, and self-forgiveness. These somatic practices retrain the brain, relax the nervous system, and bring the body into balance — assuring you feel blissed out and nourished after each session.
Serenity Souls Survivors Sound & Movement Experience with Lauren Hardie | 7:15 - 8:30pm
Serenity Souls is a concept geared towards women and non-binary people affected by domestic abuse at any level. As a survivor turned advocate for DA and the treatment through the justice and aid services, Lauren created Serenity Souls to hold space to share the somatic practices in which empowered her and allowed her to re-discover her strength, self-love and self-forgiveness. This will be a re-occurring event so keep watch for future announcements.

Stephanie is a vibrant yoga teacher that shares her life with two lovable rescue greyhounds. She discovered yoga in 2020 during a tough time, and it’s been her happy place ever since. This year she transitioned into teaching full time, with a passion to honor yoga’s roots and philosophy while making sure her classes and workshops are welcoming and inclusive. With Stephanie, you’ll leave feeling seen, appreciated, and ready to embrace the joy of yoga.

Sound Journey with Jules McKinnon | 7-8:30pm
Jules McKinnon, a yoga teacher and sound therapist with over 500 hours of training based in Glasgow. Her passion lies in curating and facilitating unique experiences where students can fully relax and experience a deeper connection with themselves through the power of movement, sound and touch. Highly intuitive and driven by a more softer approach to the practice of yoga, teaching and sharing from the heart, prompting a sense of wholeness.
Recently back from her travels through India and Sri Lanka, Jules brings with her a collection of unique instruments gathered along the way. During this session, Jules will guide you through gentle movements and meditation, preparing you to explore the inner cosmos with the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and these newly acquired healing instruments. Each sound bath is a unique experience, offering the potential for deep relaxation, inner peace, tranquility, soul connection, and creative inspiration. No previous experience is required.
